二宗

Two theories or schools stated by the Huayan (Kegon) school as [lang id =1028]法相宗 and [lang id =1028]法性宗 q.v., known also as [lang id =1028]相宗 and [lang id =1028]性宗. There are ten point of difference between them. Another division is the [lang id =1028]空宗 and [lang id =1028]性宗 q. v.

﹝出翻譯名義﹞ 〔一、 龍樹提婆宗〕， 龍樹即南天竺國大名德比丘也， 作大莊嚴、 大智度等論， 號法性宗。 明一切眾生皆有佛性， 一闡提等皆當作佛。 梵語提婆， 華言天。 即龍樹弟子， 稟承其道， 傳流于世， 是為龍樹提婆宗。 （梵語一闡提， 華言信不具。 ） 〔二、 無著天親宗〕， 翻譯名義引三藏傳云： 無著夜昇睹史天宮， 於慈氏菩薩所， 受瑜伽師地等論， 專弘一切法相， 號法相宗。 天親乃無著之弟， 相繼其道， 傳流于世， 是為無著天親宗。 （梵語睹史， 又云兜率， 華言知足。 梵語瑜伽， 華言相應。 ）
